It’s been a month of renewed restaurant life across the East Bay, including in neighborhoods (such as downtown Berkeley) that have mostly languished during the pandemic. Familiar spots are cautiously reopening, colorful new parklets are increasing outdoor seating options and even indoor dining rooms are budding open with limited capacity.
